Kristin has over 20 years of experience providing strategic planning, change management, and communications expertise across public, private, and non-profit sectors. She has served as a Program Manager in leadership and organizational development for over 15 years. Most recently, Kristin has provided consulting services to the US Forest Service, the General Services Administration (GSA), the Smithsonian Museum of American History, and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). She has led teams in successfully delivering comprehensive solutions to complex client challenges, resulting in greater strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and organizational efficiency. Kristin is also seen as a coach/advisor and thought partner, helping leaders design programs and strategies that lead to increased organizational effectiveness, healthy and thriving cultures, and mission success.
Kristin holds undergraduate degree in Advertising and Graphic Arts Tech from University of Maryland – and spent 10 years as a Marketing and Communications professional; before gaining her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Consulting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
