Sunshine Silas is an Investor, leadership consultant and a diplomat, he is a leading creativity and innovation expert certified by the Global League of Creative Intelligence Certified Coaches, and a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer.

He is the Founder/CEO of the Sunshine Silas Intl. Company Ltd, a leadership training and consulting company and also the Founder/C.E.O of the Refocus Africa Group, a leading Pan-African and Investment organization that has expanded to over 25 African countries with portfolios in Education, Mining, Real Estate, Renewable & Solar Energy, Agriculture, Transportation and Leadership development. 

Dr. Sunshine Silas is a leadership & Entrepreneurial Development consultant, and his passion is mentoring the next generation of young leaders on the continent. He uses his corporate platform to execute his vision of empowering and inspiring young people to rise above their circumstances and maximize their potential in service to God and humanity.
