Dr. Mabel Phifer

Dr. Mabel Poe-Phifer has sixty-three years of experience in Higher Education; Management Systems Development; Long-Range Planning; Institutional Advancement/Alumni Relations/ Fundraising; Proposal/Grant-Writing; Telecommunications; Distance Education/Online, eLearning; and University Accreditation.

Dr. Phifer is the Chair/CEO, Center for Leadership, Development, and Research, Inc. (CLDR); She is also the Founder and Former President, Black College Satellite Network (BCSN), one of the first Distance Education Networks in the USA, and served as Vice President for Planning/Development and then President of the Robert R. Moton Institute, providing Consultant Services and Technical Assistance to colleges and universities, including all HBCU’s.
